Morning & Night
- Wash off your feet in warm water & Take A small amount of Ultra Healing Foot Cream And massage gently on cleanse and pat dried feet at bed time.
Twice A Week
- Soak your feet in warm water for at least 10 minutes.
- Apply the Foot Scrub directly to your feet and massage in circular movement gently with your palm or use it with a foot scrub brush for two minutes.
